Chris and his team here are not only knowledgeable and super helpful. They’re kind and they love Whoopies! They have provided beyond excellent customer service and a wide range of services. Highly recommend for pleasant, helpful and quality work for your car or motorcycles.

I had a great experience with this automotive shop. I had a transmission fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange, tire rotation, and needed some lug nuts replaced. The price was fair for the work performed, and my car was ready when promised. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to have additional repairs done as happened at another shop. Also, the interior of my car was as clean as when I dropped it off. The staff treated me with respect and professionalism throughout the process. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this shop to others.

Very disappointing experience. I came here twice for an oil change after finding their Groupon deal, and both times there were issues. The first visit, they didn’t have the correct filter and I waited two hours while they got one. Today, after making an appointment two weeks in advance, I waited another two hours only to be told they still didn’t have the filter. After the service was finally completed, they couldn’t reset the oil change light because their software wasn’t updated, even though my car is a newer model. A shop should be prepared with the correct parts and equipment before accepting appointments. I would not recommend this place for German vehicles and I will not be returning.

I think my reviews are all fair and balanced so let me start with what I think was good about the service I received. And why I only gave them one star as my review. 2006 BMW 330Ci Convertible for a failed VEAP inspection for the thermostat. The car has 38K miles (not a typo), and is immaculate, inside and out. - They were very responsive and did an excellent job communicating what they found during their inspection. - The work the recommended seemed appropriate. Unlike what I feel the car dealers do. Every time I bring it to BMW of Rockville it seems like they find $10K worth of things they think needs fixing. The blue book on this car is only about $5000! - They were upfront about it taking a few days because of the sourcing of the part. In the end it took them about 8 days to fix the car. I don't know how long it took to get the part, and if it was on day 7, then ok fair enough. But to keep a car for 8 days is a long time to be without your car if it's your primary vehicle. This is not mine luckily for me. - I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they fixed and did all the work they charged me for and did a good job. No real way to tell to be honest. I needed my drive seat Buckle replaced and went on a Google and found Airpark Auto Pros. Thier reviews definitely match their service. As soon as I arrived they gave me full details of the service and what to expect. I was equally impressed with the care for their staff/mechanics. My appt was at 11 and as he explained the repair could run longer because the mechanic will need to break for lunch. I was totally impressed. I believe they tighten a few additonal items because my car was running smoothly. It is a community auto repair shop with lots of love and care. I definitely will be going back.
